NON-SMOKING HOTEL

Please note that we are a nonsmoking hotel. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in rooms and public areas.

HOTEL POLICY

- Check-in time is 15.00 hours. an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 12.00 hours.

- Check-out time is 12.00 hours on the day of departure. overnight rate will be charged to guarantee late check-out after 13.00 hours.

- Early check-in or late check-out is otherwise subjected to availability only.

 

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

- If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

- A damage deposit of THB1,000 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment or credit card. you should be reimbursed on check-out.

- Should your stay fall short of your original departure date after check-in, your room rate may be adjusted to the best available rate published at that time to facilitate your requested flexibility with benefits/breakfast inclusion adjusted accordingly.

 

IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW OR NON-ARRIVAL

- Once booked, this reservation becomes non-refundable. a full, non-refundable prepayment will be applied at the time of booking. no changes are permitted, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation, no-show or early departure.
